Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across projects and offices. This role requires building relationships with leadership, leading project teams, and supporting them with lean construction tools. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree related to construction and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching, capable of facilitating large groups, and able to embody a resilient attitude towards challenges. This position requires travel 30-40% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction operations.
• 5+ years of experience in group facilitation.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching Last Planner System preferred.
