Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in international affairs, human rights, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills, including drafting memos and congressional testimony.

Responsibilities

• Vets post-level personnel for training and foreign assistance benefits, including records reviews up to Top Secret level.
• Coordinates with WHA Vetting Advisors and FAO Vetters on vetting results.
• Interagency coordination and recommendations for difficult cases, communicating with senior officials as needed.
• Reviews and updates vetting procedures and supports timely responses to vetting requests.
