Paid training provided; first-year installers earn around $70,000-$80,000 plus benefits. The position requires 1-2 years in construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in inclement weather.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Roofing, siding, or gutter experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install LeafGuard gutter systems.
• Provide customer service and training under the Production Manager.
• Perform siteCleaning and truck inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required paperwork.
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
