Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Leadperson to coordinate crews and oversee daily operations at our aggregate production site in Texas. The role emphasizes safe, efficient production and leadership of quarry or plant activities.

You'll supervise equipment operations, perform inspections, coach team members, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining quality controls and documentation for production and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in mining, quarry, or aggregate operations.
• Working knowledge of aggregate plant equipment, including crushers and heavy mobile machinery.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Leadpersonsupports daily operations at our aggregate production site. Qualifications:

Required

Ability to lead crews and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment.

High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Experience with welding, cutting, or fabrication (not required).

Outdoor and indoor work year‑round, including exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions.

Requires standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods.
