Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a safety-oriented mechanical leadman for a large wastewater treatment renovation project in Florida. A minimum of five years of self-perform project experience is required, preferably in water/wastewater.

The role requires coordinating mechanical crews and overseeing subcontractor progress on site. You will conduct quality control inspections, create daily pre-task plans, and provide end-of-day reports while mentoring team members and promoting OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of self-perform project experience.
• Preferably in water/wastewater projects.
• Willingness to promote safety policies and OSHA standards.
