Job summary

Precision Wire & Controls, LLC seeks a Leadman to serve as the second-in-command on a project, crew, work area, or shift. You will read project drawings, organize daily work, direct field personnel, and execute assigned project requirements with minimal oversight.

A Leadman may supervise a crew of up to approximately 8–10 field employees, depending on project complexity, employee experience, and the Superintendent's direction.
