Arch Events LLC is seeking an entry-level management trainee to rotate across departments and learn our sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The main goal is to transition into a sales or branch manager position.

Responsibilities include shadowing sales reps, leading with scheduling and coaching, and tracking metrics while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is typically required.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Sales & Business Development: Shadow sales reps, pitch to new clients, generate leads, and hit quotas.
