Enterprise Holdings is offering a Summer 2027 Management Internship in Pearland, TX (also Lake Jackson, TX). This paid, full-time internship provides 40 hours per week and a chance to learn how to run a business, manage a vehicle fleet, and engage customers early in your career.

You’ll work on real projects, compete in friendly challenges, and gain leadership experience while collaborating with peers and mentors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, Military service, Collegiate student athlete, or student leadership role.
• Rising senior in a bachelor's or MBA program with graduation date Dec 2027.
• Must commit to summer program, 40 hrs per week (starting May 25, 2027).
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and deliver strong customer service.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
