Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Brockton, MA is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our culture and guides the team with a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding service.

You will supervise shift leaders, enforce recipes and quality controls, and maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The operator-run restaurant values teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum in a leadership/managerial position.
• 3–4 years minimum as Shift Leader.
• 5–10 years in Senior Management (GM or higher).

They support senior leadership in executing daily operations, keep team members accountable for Operational Excellence, and coach/develop staff to ensure the restaurant runs effectively and delivers outstanding service.

• Ensure shift leaders follow recipes and read tickets for accurate order preparation.
• Maintain precision with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Adhere to speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean at all times.
• Enforce cash handling procedures and hold cashiers accountable.
• Monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform any required tasks throughout the shift.
• Address guest issues and consult management on complex matters.
• Maintain positive relationships and treat all employees with respect while providing guidance and feedback.
• Report employee performance and policy violations to management for appropriate action.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Team Leader – 2 years minimum in a leadership/managerial position.
• Shift Leader – 3 to 4 years minimum.
• Senior Management – 5 to 10 years as GM, Sr. Mgt or higher.

Requirements

You must be hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, honest, and have excellent customer skills. A bonus is bilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
