Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking Interns for our Colorado Region to join a hands-on internship program that prepares you for leadership positions on and off the jobsite. You will gain exposure across project engineering and field management, with opportunities to travel across the United States and work in estimating and preconstruction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-week schedule is preferred.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager or field staff with project coordination.
• Estimate costs for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule of contracts and materials.
• Document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Support safety management.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Write RFIs and submittals; assist in change orders.
