Job summary

HiWave, located in New York, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an unpaid internship to manage their brand ambassador program. The role involves collaborating with the Operations Manager to generate ideas and projects that enhance the ambassador experience while promoting the HiWave brand.

The ideal candidates should understand the daily life of college students, be creative, and exhibit strong teamwork abilities. This position offers an opportunity to gain leadership and mentorship experience.

• Work closely with Operations Manager to structure brand ambassador program.
• Generate ideas and creative for challenges and tasks for brand ambassadors.
• Communicate and conduct meetings with brand ambassadors.
• Generate promotional content for social channels and distribution.
• Organize and track completion of projects, data and orders.
• Research ambassador programs success's and structural programs.
• Research schools and scout potential campus leaders.

• Research ambassador programs success's and structural programs.
• Research schools and scout potential campus leaders to join our team.
• Understand companies marketing approach and product management.
• Gain real world experience working as a leader and mentor for students and co-workers.
