Leadership Advisory Services, Executive Search

The Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) Expert will leverage deep domain knowledge to execute diverse leadership and talent consulting projects. This role involves partnering with LAS team members and other service line client teams across industries and functions to sell and execute leadership advisory work. Responsibilities include developing innovative business development presentations, leading project work streams, and executing assessments with sophisticated interviewing skills. The Expert may interact autonomously with clients and will serve both as an individual contributor and a team leader depending on project needs. This position does not have formal direct reports.

* We provide comprehensive onboarding and training, including mentorship within the LAS team and local office.

* Expect to spend 10-30% of your time traveling to internal or client sites, with schedules known in advance.

What You'll Do

• Implement solutions alongside consultants, acting as the client point of contact in some cases.
• Serve as a thought partner, developing rigorous approaches and collaborating with the global LAS team.
• Support project management, assessment frameworks, and psychometric result interpretation.
• Lead client interactions, including kick-offs, interviews, feedback, and results presentations, partnering with senior consultants as needed.
• Participate in pitch meetings, contribute to discussions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Advise on pricing strategies to maximize profitability and quality.
• Post-training, lead calibration sessions, create analyses, conduct references, and deliver psychometric feedback.
• Deepen expertise on leadership trends through research and networking.
• Monitor industry trends to identify business development opportunities.
• Contribute to marketing research and materials, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Share knowledge within the firm and increase external awareness of Egon Zehnder's capabilities.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000-$90,000.
