Job summary

Spencer Stuart's Associate role positions you as the operational lead on LAS engagements, turning leadership data into actionable insights. You own workstreams end-to-end, drive the project plan, conduct interviews, synthesize data, and produce client reports and materials.

You partner with Consultants and assume accountability for quality, pace, and the client experience as you grow your credibility. This apprenticeship-based role emphasizes developing judgment, building a practice, mentoring

Qualifications

• Four or more years in leadership advisory, executive assessment, or strategy consulting.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• Advanced degree helpful but not required; relevant experience can substitute.
• Superior English business writing and communication.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into insight.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into themes and insights for client deliverables.
• Lead and participate in executive interviews and assessments; draft reports and board decks.
• Manage engagements end-to-end with internal teams and client communications.
• Develop and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to practice development.
