Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist Store Leader with training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, plan, and organize store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper training and motivation.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity goals.
• Assist in meeting operational standards and controlling store budgets and expenses.
• Monitor sales, track performance, and work toward achieving financial targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist Store Leaderwithtrainingand coachingteam memberstomaintainhigh service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Speak honestly and act with integrity, upholding company valuesat all times.

Leadership&Team Management:

• Assistin leading, planning, and organizing store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Support the Store Leader in managing staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring team members areproperly trainedand motivated.
• Step in for the Store Leader during vacations and absences, gaining valuable experience to prepare for promotion to Store Leader.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.

OperationalDuties:

• Managedaily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all store activities.
• Assistin efficiently meeting operational standards and productivity goals.
• Performadditionaltasks asassigned to support the overall success of the department.
• Assistin managing store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Monitor sales, track performance, and work toward achieving financial goals and targets.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, register operations, and inventory management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previousmanagement experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’sor the equivalent.
• Musthave reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification withinthefirst month of employment isrequired .
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first120 daysof employment is mandatory.
• Store LeadersinTrainingmust be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to50pounds.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending,standingand reaching, andlift upto 50 pounds.
• Comfortableworking inenvironments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
