Job summary

L.A. Insurance in Michigan seeks a full-time P&C Insurance Agent to drive growth, maintenance, and community presence for a thriving book of business.

You will sell tailored insurance solutions with strong corporate support and participate in a two-month interactive training program to hit the ground running. Total bonus potential: $5,000 paid in six increments in your first year; profit sharing and 401(k) with company match are available, along with comprehensive health coverage and life

Qualifications

• Active P&C license in Michigan required.
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
