Job summary

MDVIP invites you to lead an established, thriving primary care practice in Cleveland, TN. This is ownership of a patient-centered, preventive medicine model with the backing of a national physician network, resources, and a trusted legacy to carry forward.

You’ll see 8–10 patients daily with longer appointments, focus on wellness and relationships, enjoy autonomy with support, and pursue long‑term leadership and community impact in a balanced, sustainable schedule.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care
• Outpatient primary care experience (5+ years preferred)
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead independently while leveraging MDVIP’s national physician network
• Develop and sustain a patient-centered, preventive care model
