Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer and UX Design Lead for YouTube XR to craft scalable design systems across XR platforms, including Video-on-Demand, Shorts, and 360°. You will work with Engineering, PM XR leadership, and design partners to evolve the Google design language and deliver intuitive experiences.

You will apply user-centered design methods from concept to execution, shaping industry-leading experiences and translating complex requirements into a clear product goal with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns and frameworks across YouTube XR platforms.
• Establish UX strategies reinforcing user-centered models.
• Translate and expand Google's design system for high-end XR platforms.
• Build relationships across Android XR, YouTube Design Systems, and beyond.
• Be a constant source of design inspiration across YouTube UX.
