Job summary

A healthcare company in Brentwood is seeking a qualified individual to perform radiographic imaging procedures and supervise X-Ray Technologist staff. You will support physicians in diagnosing injuries and diseases by managing imaging procedures and training staff. Essential qualifications include an associate's degree and relevant experience. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Licensed per state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train all x-ray staff.
• Greet patients and explain procedures in a compassionate manner.
• Position patients appropriately for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Practice ALARA radiation protection techniques.
• Review images for identification and quality control.
• Utilize diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with techniques.
• Aid physician with prescribed patient treatments.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train in other roles as necessary.
