Job summary

X-Bow Systems is seeking an experienced NDT Level II Technician/Engineer to lead all X-Ray and CT Scan NDT operations on-site at the Luling, TX facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain NDT procedures, ensuring compliance with ASNT, NAS 410, ASTM, and ISO standards while guiding the NDT team.

You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to uphold top product quality. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in NDT, with 5+ years in X-Ray and CT Scan methods.
• Certification as NDT Level III in RT and CT Scan per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or NAS 410; radiation safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve X-Ray and CT Scan NDT procedures in line with ASNT, NAS 410, ASTM, ISO.
• Oversee advanced X-Ray and CT inspections to detect defects and verify compliance.
• Mentor Level I/II personnel and deliver NDT training programs.
• Maintain records of inspections, calibrations, and certifications.
• Ensure radiation safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
