• 5–10+ years estimating experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Proficiency in estimating software and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full estimating process for WTP/WWTP projects from bid solicitation to award.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for projects $20M and above.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors to develop competitive bids.

Skills
