Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design-related field or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, organizational consulting, change management, design strategy, or project leadership.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
• Expertise in research, data analysis, storytelling, and strategic communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Mural.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams from initiation through implementation.
• Design engagement programs to foster alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, staffing, and risk management.
• Oversee engagements aligning goals, culture, operations, technology, and space.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives and workshops.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Craft narratives linking business goals to workplace and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
• Monitor performance, budgets, scope, and quality control.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support proposals, scoping, budgeting, and fee development.
• Participate in client pitches and business development.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and thought leadership contributions.
