Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems & Innovation to lead Workday Financials and related finance systems. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions that strengthen processes, data integrity, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with at least five years of experience supporting financial systems or related business transformation.
At least one year of people leadership, project leadership, or workstream leadership experience.
Workday Financials experience or training; experience implementing, supporting, and managing enterprise finance applications.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing Workday support team with clear priorities and accountability.
Lead governance, roadmap planning, release readiness, and cross-functional decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day application support, incident resolution, and service performance.
Plan, test, deploy, and adopt Workday releases and enhancements.
Evaluate Modifications for business value, risk, and control impact.
Advise leadership on Workday capabilities and process improvements.
Provide updates on priorities, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
