Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks an Architecture Principal to steer Workday cloud architecture across ERP/HCM initiatives. You will align business goals with scalable, secure designs and guide modernization programs across client environments.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, drive architectural roadmaps, and contribute to proposals and industry leadership while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive experience with Workday HCM/ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead architecture on Workday cloud projects.
• Experience with Extend, Studio, XSLT, and Orchestrate.
• Strong communication and client-facing advisory skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and anchor solution architecture on Workday cloud projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements and define roadmaps.
• Drive secure, scalable architectural designs with standards compliance.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to proposals and GTM materials.
• Represent Infosys in industry forums and publications.
