Job summary

Invisors, LLC seeks a Data Conversion Architect to lead the DC workstream, coach junior consultants, and manage design and delivery of Workday projects. You will partner with functional architects across Workday areas and drive cross-functional solutions.

This role requires strong data conversion expertise, consultant experience, and excellent communication to support client engagements and internal growth. US-based, full-time W2 position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience.
• Prior consulting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL skills preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects.
• Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries.
• Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools.
• Preferred experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DC workstream and coach junior consultants.
• Design and deliver Workday projects across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with functional architects and domain leads.
• Assist in budgeting and project planning.
• Translate data for multiple workstreams and adapt to new ones.
• Deliver clear communication and manage client expectations.
