Job summary

CFS in Worthington, Ohio is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for a hybrid role. The position oversees daily AP operations and leads a small team to ensure accurate payment processing.

The candidate will review invoices, run payment batches, manage vendor relations, and support month-end close. Experience with Workday and strong Excel skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday required.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounts payable activities and workflow
• Review and approve invoices, payment batches, and vendor reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Train, mentor, and support accounts payable staff
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
• Utilize Workday to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
