Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Wireless/RF Engineer to drive design and development of advanced wireless and RF systems. You will perform system-level analysis, guide project teams, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements while advancing IoT and connected product initiatives.

Based in San Jose, CA, the role reports to the Director of Engineering and involves cross-functional collaboration, staying current with wireless technologies, and contributing to strategic engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wireless RF engineering.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF design principles.
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools.
• Experience with wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular.

As a Lead Wireless/RF Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of advanced wireless/RF systems and products. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wireless RF engineering
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF design principles
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools
• Experience with wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary Range: $158,000 - $199,000. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
