Qualifications
Experience with Mesh, OFDMA and scheduled‑based network operation.
Experience in test automation, including designing automated test scripts.
Can work collaboratively with multiple teams alongside systems, SW and RF Engineers.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, optimize, and improve Skydio's wireless solutions.
Lead the deployment and the OTA performance of the network.
Develop, implement, and validate system‑level algorithms.
Skills
Understanding of WLAN/3GPP protocols
Strong background in wireless channels
Experience with wireless PHY and MAC level Firmware
Experience debugging skills
Ability to analyze and report results from automated tests
