Job summary

The One 23 Group in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator – Team Lead to provide engineering and administration support for contract-owned systems. You will oversee a team of system administrators, delivering Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Windows-based infrastructure in a classified DoD environment.

Applicants must have an active Top Secret Clearance and 10 years of relevant experience in IT systems engineering. Expertise in VMware, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8140/8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT-II) certification.
• 10 years of IT systems engineering or systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical activities of system administrators.
• Provide Tier 3 support for developed systems.
• Maintain Windows server operating systems at required versions.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VDI environments.
• Manage VMware environments including vSphere and ESXi.
