Job summary

Marvin is actively hiring experienced Window & Door Install Technicians to install premium Infinity Replacement Windows and Doors in residential settings. You will perform removals, installations, trim, capping and final finish with Marvin quality standards, on a year-round schedule with strong operational support.

Lead or support roles are available based on experience, and you will communicate professionally with homeowners and teams while documenting jobsite progress and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Experience installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings.
• Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping and sealing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on active jobsites.
• Ability to work independently or mentor less-experienced installers.
• Professional demeanor with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards.
• Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish.
• Support or lead jobs depending on experience level.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams.
• Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations.
• Complete postinstallation service or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times.

• Valid driver's license
