Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Lead Installer to install home remodeling products following company standards. The role requires experience in remodeling and window work, plus a valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.

You will coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and finalize payments, and you’ll complete carpentry checklists with homeowners at project completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years remodeling or carpentry experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
