You’ll install full-frame windows and doors, perform interior casing and trim work, and collaborate with an experienced installer to deliver pristine results on local projects across the Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Experience as a finish or trim carpenter
• Strong experience with detailed interior trim work
• Window and/or door installation experience is a plus
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Patient, methodical approach to work
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools (drill, screw gun, Sawzall)

ScaleHouse Talent is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter / Trim Carpenter to join a growing windows and doors installation team in the Kansas City metro.

This is not a high-volume production installation job. The company specializes in detailed, custom window and door projects where craftsmanship, precision, and quality matter more than speed.

What You’ll Get

• Pay starting at $25/HR+ depending on experience
  
• Monday–Friday schedule;Typically 8 AM–5 PM
  
• Mostly local Kansas City-area projects
  Gas reimbursement for occasional extended-distance projects
