Job summary

GBS Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Window Install and Service Supervisor to lead a team of 8+ associates and oversee installation and service projects.

You will coordinate installers, follow manufacturer directions, track time and materials, ensure safety, and provide quality customer service while training others.

A high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of window installation/service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Window Install and Service technicians.
• Oversee installation and service process efficiently.
• Track time and materials for each project.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to field supervisor.

• Provide quality customer service.
• Attend trainings to learn new technology and installation methods.
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Manage a team of 8+ associates, including hiring/terminations and performance feedback.
