Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Window and Door installation experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 or Construction Safety training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from the material sheet.
• Prepare openings for installations, including inserts and full frame with brickmold.
• Perform basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap).
• Install flashing per method (drip caps, L flange, new construction).
• Make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32 in.
• Safely remove old windows/doors without property damage.
• Install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim.
• Provide service support and address installation concerns with Field Techs or Installation Manager.
