Job summary

Best Value Glass LLC in Vancouver, WA is seeking a motivated glass installer to join a small, family-owned team serving Clark and Multnomah counties. Residential window experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

The role covers residential and commercial settings with opportunities to advance and contribute to a growing local business. Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, a proactive work ethic, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential glass installation experience.
• IG units experience required; shower enclosures preferred.
• Heavy glass and commercial glass experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver\'s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Reliable transportation to Vancouver, WA shop.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable installer to join our team!

About you

• 2 years or more of experience installing residential glass. Experience with IG units is required and shower enclosures is preferred.
• Heavy glass and commercial glass experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and delegating tasks.
• Proactive attitude and great work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Good and insurable driving record with an active drivers license.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in heights.
• Must have reliable transportation to our shop in Vancouver, WA.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, however, not required.

We are a small, family owned and operated glass installation business in Vancouver, WA servicing Clark county and Multnomah county. We work in residential and commercial settings and we are willing to train the right candidate, however, residential window experience is required.

Our benefits package includes

• Unlimited unpaid time off (subject to approval).
• Five paid holidays (New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
• Paid sick time is accrued at a rate of 1.334 hours per 40 hours worked.

Pay ranges between $22-$35 DOE.
