The firm provides strong support, including marketing and scheduling, to let advisers concentrate on client relationships and closing new business.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in wealth advisory, a CFP designation preferred, and a client-first approach with compliant advisory conduct.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor or similar role.
• Proven success acquiring clients, closing business, and growing AUM.
• Experience selling insurance/annuities and investment solutions.
• Strong retirement planning and wealth management knowledge.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Client-first approach with compliant advisory conduct.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess goals and risk.
• Drive client acquisition and asset growth through financial planning.
• Recommend wealth management solutions including AUM products and insurance.
• Conduct educational seminars to engage prospects and generate new business.
• Convert appointments into long-term advisory relationships.
• Develop retirement income and wealth preservation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, client service, and operations.
• Ensure advisory activities meet regulatory standards.
