Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking an experienced wealth manager to join a successful planning-centric RIA serving high net worth families. You will serve as lead advisor for sophisticated planning, and you’ll step into established client relationships to deliver comprehensive financial, estate, tax, and investment planning.

This hybrid role requires 5–12+ years of wealth management, CFP, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of wealth management with significant client-facing advisory responsibility.
• CFP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Within a 45-minute commute of the Villanova University area.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor for high net worth client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive financial, estate, tax, and investment planning.
• Manage and deepen relationships within an existing client base.
• Partner with an experienced planning and client service team.
