Job summary

Leah Yosef International in Portland, Oregon seeks a Lead Wealth Advisor to serve the most complex, high-net-worth clientele and to mentor a local team of eight Wealth Advisors. The role focuses on continuing buildout of the region through strategic, custodial referrals and centers of influence, while identifying and guiding cultural integration of acquired practices.

There is an immediate equity opportunity, along with a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and profit-based incentives

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-advisor team to deliver best-in-class service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee growth by building the region through custodial referrals and centers of influence.
• Guide cultural integration of acquired wealth management practices.
• Collaborate with business development to expand the region and participate in regional leadership initiatives.
