Job summary

Creighton Manning Engineering and Surveying, a GAI Company, is building its New York Water Division. In this role you will lead municipal water and wastewater projects for existing clients across Upstate New York, supported by GAI’s water and wastewater team.

As the division grows, you can advance into a leadership role within a regional firm that combines the teamwork of a boutique office with the stability of an established, expanding company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of municipal water or wastewater engineering experience.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager leading multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and hydraulic modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline, pump station, storage, and treatment projects from planning through construction.
• Lead hydraulic modeling, master planning, design, and permitting.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Win new work through proposals, presentations, and client relationships.
• Hire and mentor junior staff.
