TST Infrastructure LLC seeks an experienced Civil Engineer with 7+ years in the water and wastewater sector to lead planning, design, and oversight of essential projects in Colorado. The candidate will manage multiple projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
• Experience in preparing budgets, proposals, and controlling job costs.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into clear project requirements.
• Design, evaluate, and oversee water and wastewater systems including transmission, distribution, treatment, pumping, collection and conveying.
• Direct and manage a team of design engineers on water/wastewater projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and apply strong project management practices.
• Attend meetings with clients, government entities and regulatory agencies to meet project requirements.
