Job summary
Wilson & Company seeks a self-motivated professional to lead water and wastewater design projects for municipal infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a registered professional engineer with 6+ years of experience, capable of directing design teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (MS is a plus).
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona; ability to obtain licenses in other states within 6 months.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant water/wastewater design experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-spectrum municipal water/wastewater design projects.
- Manage multiple large multi-disciplinary projects and design teams.
- Coordinate workload and provide progress updates to leadership.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; track performance.
- Communicate with clients, regulators, and funding agencies on project needs and status.
- Prepare proposals and identify new project opportunities.
