Qualifications

• At least 1 year of water transfer experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Water Transfer Technicians.
• Set up, operate, and maintain pumps and pipelines.
• Communicate clearly with teams and supervisors.
• Complete daily field tickets and assist in reporting.

Skills

Leadership and communication skills

Strong working knowledge of frac site operations

Ability to handle emergency repairs

Comfortable working outdoors

Education
