Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Burgettstown, PA seeks a Senior Field Technician for Water Transfer Operations to lead field crews, oversee complex water transfer tasks, and troubleshoot and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems on job sites.

You will travel to multi-day sites, document field tickets, and ensure safe, efficient operations. A high school diploma, 1+ year water transfer experience, and a valid driver's license are required; CDL and Fusion Tech certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year water transfer experience.
• Strong knowledge of frac site operations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Willingness for 12-hour shifts, days/nights, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Water Transfer Technicians in the field.
• Set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems.
• Handle emergency repairs and pipe connections.
• Maintain accurate records and SOP compliance.
• Communicate clearly with teams and supervisors.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including multi-day assignments.
• Complete daily field tickets and assist with reporting.
