Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead and oversee water transfer operations on job sites in Barnesville, OH. You will troubleshoot, repair, and monitor systems with minimal supervision, ensuring safe and efficient work.

You will manage field crews, set up pumps and filtration systems, and document daily field tickets while adhering to SOPs. This role requires travel to multiple sites and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of water transfer experience.
• Strong knowledge of frac site operations.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL and Fusion Tech certification a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Water Transfer Technicians in the field
• Set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems
• Handle emergency repairs and pipe connections
• Maintain accurate records and ensure SOPs are followed
• Communicate clearly with teams and supervisors
• Travel regularly to job sites, often for multi-day assignments
• Complete daily field tickets and assist with operational reporting
