Job summary

You ensure Water Striders are delivering material to the right place at the right time, minimizing downtime and maximizing the productivity of the entire assembly team.**Your Responsibilities*** **Material Logistics:** Optimize material flow by creating systematic Just-In-Time (JIT) routes and timelines. Manage material scanning processes to ensure inventory accuracy at the point of use. Validate material inventory on the production line to support daily requirements.* **Operational Support:** Interpret work orders, requisitions, supply demand documents, and bills of materials to identify required parts and tools.* **Communication & Alignment:** Act as a focal point in the material flow process, collaborating with operations and assembly personnel to clear hurdles and keep production on track.* **Lean Leadership:** Promote Lean initiatives and lead continuous improvement efforts within your team to refine floor processes.* **Safety & Stewardship:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
