Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of water damage restoration experience.
• Proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate.
• High school diploma or GED; IICRC certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and cleaning services.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Complete Work Order and Technician’s Daily Log.
• Maintain tools and supplies for company vehicles.
• Supervise and perform water damage tasks (demolition, debris removal, containment).
