PuroClean LA | OC | IE is seeking a Crew/Team Leader to respond to service calls, set up efficient job flow, coordinate requirements, complete documentation, supervise production work, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Follow safety procedures and ensure customer needs are met across commercial, insurance, and residential projects.

Entry-level pay is based on experience and IICRC certifications, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the water/mold damage industry.
• Ability to lead and coach your teammates.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Attention to safety, cleanliness and care for equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand.
• Continued development of production skills and expertise.
• Always leaving jobsites clean and orderly.
• Coaching and training production staff technicians.
• Preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and facility.
