Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in water conveyance design.
Experience with pipeline rehabilitation methodologies.
Advanced degree is desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead preparation and delivery of project technical specifications.
Conduct evaluations for sewer collection systems and water distribution.
Serve as the Project's point of contact with clients and agencies.
