Job summary

A regional water authority is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Engineering and Operations to develop inspection contract documents and manage contractors. This role requires a minimum of seven years of experience in water and sewer systems, extensive knowledge in asset management, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. The selected candidate will oversee project management, coordinate interdepartmental collaborations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A valid DC Professional Engineering License is mandatory at hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in water and sewer systems planning, design, and/or construction.
• Experience in researching and authoring technical reports and studies.
• Experience with preparation of project scopes of work, work plans, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develops inspection contract documents and manages contractors for inspection and condition assessment.
• Prepares regular reports on emerging technologies for condition assessments.
• Communicates with Project Managers and tracks project progress.
