Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill in South Carolina is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead and coordinate daily storage, staging, and shipment activities. You will verify merchandise against documents, organize pallets, and ensure safety rules are followed.

The role requires ability to work with limited supervision, maintain security clearances as required by contracts, and participate in inventories and emergency activities. Experience in warehouse operations and emphasis on orderly workplaces preferred.

Job description

Ability to prepare, arrange, or stack items together for safety and neatness. Ability to recognize and

report items of poor or unacceptable quality. Ability to operate manual and mechanized merchandise

storage and movement equipment.. Ability to match names, numbers and size of items on shelves,

cartons, and storage areas. Ability to locate items in designated storage areas, move to storage locations.

Ability to understand general layout of the warehouse and the store. Ability to function in a military

setting. Ability to work with limited supervision. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security

clearance as stipulated by the contract.
