Target is seeking candidates for a Distribution Center role in the United States (Upper Marlboro, MD area). The role offers pay between $25.96 and $46.68 per hour, plus a shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour, with eligibility-based benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule is Saturday–Monday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Core duties include operating within a distribution center, performing tasks across processes, and supporting guest service and fulfillment operations.

The pay range per hour is $25.96 - $46.68. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About You

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 47 lbs. frequently throughout a shift and up to 60lbs. occasionally, and to work within a process path for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to access all areas of the distribution center, including the mezzanine.
• Ability to read, use matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation.
• Basic math skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Strong time-management skills; able to multitask, prioritize and manage requests when received from all departments.
• 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to be trained on powered equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, providing work direction to team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team.
